In 2019 we took the next step to growth, joining Petrofac. Petrofac is an international service provider to the oil, gas and renewable energy sectors, first established in Texas in 1981. It now supports clients in 29 countries worldwide and has executed some of world’s most significant oil, gas and renewable energy engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects.

We are excited to bring together W&W’s capabilities in construction, field maintenance and production services with Petrofac’s engineering and project delivery excellence to bring one-stop capabilities to the Permian.

A leader with American pride and West Texas grit, Jason is a graduate of West Point Military Academy. During this time, he practiced effective leadership and building organizational structure and excellence. Leaving the military as a Captain, he joined the family business in West Texas. Over the past 10 years, he has grown W&W Energy Services by 2,500% and recently sold the business to Petrofac, an international service provider to the oil, gas and renewables industries.
